: Fund Manager works the same as Money when retrieving transactions. What exactly happens when you try to retrieve your account? Do you get an error message, or is the Preview screen just empty? If the preview screen is empty, press "Back" and turn on "All Dates" and make sure you have "Create New Investments" checked. This way, you can at least see what transactions are available. You can cancel, or refine the settings for your retrieve after you at least make sure you can get connected and see some transactions.
