If the preview screen is empty, press "Back" and turn on "All Dates" and make sure you have "Create New Investments" checked. This way, you can at least see what transactions are available. You can cancel, or refine the settings for your retrieve after you at least make sure you can get connected and see some transactions.

Sorry for late reply. I see a blank preview screen. I tried with "All dates" and "Create New Investments" checked. No luck. After my first post to you I was able to succesfully recieve transactions one time. But, I had to create a new sub-portfolio to do this. Also, it created a new investment for every occurence of a transaction. (ie if I bought twice, sold once and had one reinvestment I would have 4 seperate investments not one investment with multiple transactions.) I manually typed in all of the transaction data to get things going. But I still get the blank preview screen while trying to get recent transactions. Thanks, in advance, for your help.
