Time and sales historical reports

Are historical time & sales quotes available? Business Week at one time was offering this service for free but it has been discontinued as far as I can tell. Some brokerage firms offer it to select customers but just for the most recent day.

I would be willing to purchase software that offered this capability for all securities for any reasonable time frame (at least the most recent quarter and preferably longer). Your feature historical real quotes looked like it might offer something like that, but the tie-in to Yahoo quotes was the potential glitch as I doubt that Yahoo offers the full range of time & sales unless you have a special arrangement with them. Does fund manager offer this capability?
