Getting quotes for options

I seem to be having a hard time updating my options prices. I'm using the yahoo server. Ticker symbol is .zurah according to my broker but Yahoo likes to call it ZURAH.X

I've tried a few different ways but when I go to retrieve selected prices, I get the error "Could not update any investments." This doesn't happen with my other investments.

This leads to another thing, I was wondering why when I update the whole portfolio I don't get that error, even though all my option investments don't get updated.

Really like the software, very helpful and has a lot of really good features.
