Help! Lost .mm

Mark,

When FM started up after shutdown it came up with a message that said something like files need to be converted to a newer format. Unfortunately I cliked yes on one of the portfolios (its the one I can't view now). The others I clicked no and they work fine. How do you locate the .mm that discribes the portfolio? The one I lost is the one I use the most!
