Hi Av,

I'm not sure of the problem, but it sounds to me like it is related to the firewall since turning it off/on earlier fixed the problem. What firewall software are you using? I would suggest completely exiting the firewall, and then re-booting. Make sure it isn't running when you re-start, and then try and retrieve. As I mentioned, some of these firewall programs can be difficult to turn off, as they are quite persistent.
