Old files

I'm doing some cleaning up, and noted that I have inteng7x.dll and inteng8x.dll. I upgraded to the latest without removing the old versions. This may be a left over from a v 7.x, if so can I safely deleted the file? TIA

Any other oldies I should know about.... Maybe I'll just re-do a clean install.. ??
