Hi Chris,

Yes, you can safely remove inteng7x.dll if you're running any 8.x version now. Some other files you may have that you no longer need would include:

inteng4x.dll
fm.hlp
fm.gid
fm.cnt

None of these hurt anything by leaving them there, but if you'd like to clean up, you can safely remove any of these.
