General Questions about Software

Our company is researching investment management software for our investments. We had some additional questions after looking at the information on-line for the Fund Manager Portfolio Management software.

One, where would this program be housed? Would it be on another company's server or would we house it within our company? Does it have share capabilities so the multiple users can get the same information or would the software be loaded onto individual computers with no share capability?

Two, we have a lot of investments with JP Morgan and Co America. They were not listed as supported companies to be able to retrieve investment data. Can these two companies have transactions uploaded with this software at all?
