Hi Mahtaj,

Thanks for your interest in Fund Manager.

1) Fund Manager runs on your own computer. Your data is stored wherever you choose to save it locally. Fund Manager is not a web based service, it is a local application that you run.

Fund Manager is not truly "networkable", in that multiple people cannot be accessing the same data files at the same time. You can transfer the data files back/forth, but only one person at a time can be modifying the data.

2) If these brokers offer a download of any kind, you can probably import the transactions. If they aren't listed as one of the companies we can retrieve from, then they aren't offering an Open Financial Exchange (OFX) server for their customers to retrieve their transactions. We support all of the brokers/fund companies that we're aware of that are offering an OFX server. If you can find out what type of downloads they have available I may be able to suggest the best format to choose.
