Unfortunately I'm not able to open the qif file I import from. It seems that this is a temporary file that is immediately deleted after FM imports or cancelling the FM import window. (I've now learned that it's a qfx not a qif)
The import works and is correct (except for rounding shares), it just means I have the extra step of going to the Vanguard site first.
