Hi Bob,

Here are some things to check:

1) Look in the "Data Register" under the "Alerts" data type. Do you see your alerts recorded okay?

2) In the Graphs window, check that "Options / Markers / Alerts" is checked.

3) In the Graphs window, check on the status of "Graphs / Options / Display / Alert Markers Drawn For Active Alerts Only". If this is on, only active alerts will be drawn on the graphs.

4) Is your graph scale set to a fixed range that doesn't include where the alert marker would be plotted?

5) Are you on a graph type that displays alert markers? Not all of them do, but the "Share Price" one does. That would be a good one to verify with.
