I've checked those points you suggested.

1) I see alerts recorded in the data register and are active. In fact I've set some new ones.
2) In graphs window "Options / Markers / Alerts" is checked.
3) In the Graphs window "Graphs / Options / Display / Alert Markers Drawn For Active Alerts Only". Is on.
4) graph scale set to a range that icludes where the alert should be plotted
5) I'm graphing share price.

All worked on previous version. The only change I made with 7.6 is to set Hide Sold Investments: "File/Hide Sold Invetments/OK"
