Price download problem

I'm having trouble with price downloads on identical holdings in two different portfolios. I recently purchased a holding for a portfolio which is the same as a holding I have in another porfolio. Both of these portfolios are sub-portfolios of the Master Portfolio.
When I download prices; the price of the original holding in its sub-porfolio downloads O.K. but the prices don't download into the second sub-portfolio holding.
I've checked the properties of each and they both have the same symbol. However I don't have the security names identically the same on both. Another difference--the Acct # & CUSIP is not listed on the original while it is listed on the second or new security.
