dividend recording

i have an online account. upon updating my prices, a stock that paid out dividends was recorded, however my broker (my account) had not yet recieved the dividend. what can i do the resolve this. do i just delete the dividend entry? another thing, how to i take out the reinvest function. these dividends have been reinvested, which is not what i want. thanks.
