Importing Ameritrade history files

I am a first time user. I downloaded my Ameritrade history files in csv format and tried to get Fund Manger 7.7 to import them from a folder. But on the "next" import page it is just blank. I worked from the "import transactions from Ameritrade" option.

Anyone can tell me how should I import the transaction history into the program?
