: Did you get any error message when retrieving? If you use "Edit / All Data..." and select the "Prices" data type, do you see your prices? How are you determining the prices didn't update? : In order to view the quote server status using an older version like this, you would need to turn on the option: "Options / Internet Settings... / Proxy Server / Use Windows Settings".
