Hi David,

Did you get any error message when retrieving? If you use "Edit / All Data..." and select the "Prices" data type, do you see your prices? How are you determining the prices didn't update?

In order to view the quote server status using an older version like this, you would need to turn on the option: "Options / Internet Settings... / Proxy Server / Use Windows Settings". This has to do with our domain changing since the release of that version.
