OK, I've been trying an evaluation copy of the current version, and every time I open it I get a message saying "The operation completed successfully". After I click OK TWICE, it let's me continue with no problem. What does this mean, and what, if anything, should I do to make it stop?

Thanks.
David.

and : : I couldn't get it to update prices with ANY of the US servers I tried. intlog2 tells me that it found a 302 at Yahoo, followed by a problem handling an error page. PCQuote gives a bunch of 404s, and I suppose that that's the problem with all of the servers.

: : I suspect that I'm going to end up having to update, although of course I'll try an evaluation copy of v.7 first. Do I understand correctly that if I install v.7 over v.5, it will automatically detect that it's an update and let me register for the update price, or do I have to hunt up some information about my previous purchase first?

: : Thanks.

: Hi David,

: You can install the 7.x version anywhere, it doesn't matter. If you're just testing it out, please be aware that the 7.x versions use a new file format, so any data you save in 7.x you won't be able to open in 5.x again. You might want to make a backup of all your data first, just in case you decide not to upgrade.

: In order to upgrade you'll need your name/serial number, which you can find under "Help / About..." in your 5.x version.

: Thanks,
: Mark
