'Show All' in Portfolio Properties Window

It appears that subsequent to writing the Getting Started Tutorial, you've altered the appearance and function of the Portfolio Properties window . For example, next to the Default Cash Account scrolling area, there is a 'Show All'checkbox. What does this box do?

Also, concerning Default Cash Accounts, one of the problems I'm facing is that one of my client's accounts was initially placed with Broker A, which was ultimately moved to Broker B (TD Ameritrade. Given the account was transferred mid-year, can you suggest the cleanest way to edit the money market transactions of this account in a manner that I may still make use of OFX?
