Some SubPortfolio Questions

Good evening!

1. How do I delete a subportfolio?

2. I am using Windows Scheduler (in other words, the command line) to update prices from the Net once a day. Instead of updating the whole portfolio, I would like to update just one subportfolio. How do I do this? If I set the subportfolio as active, will it update only that subportfolio?
