distribution column in port performance report

hello. the column "Distribution" in the "Portfolio Performance" Report doesn't seem to record distributions made to me (i.e., interest and dividends).

for example:
1. I buy fixed income instrument
2. i record the interest payment (all distributions, interest, etc...)
3. it reflect this payment on the portfolio and on the investment.
4. when i use the port performance report function for a date range, the distribution column remains blank, and the interest payment is tallied on the GAIN column.

* also, is it possible to see a report only with realized gains and losses for a specific date range.
