Hi Dave,

Sorry to hear about the problem. Can you tell me what version of Fund Manager you're using? Please see "Help / About...". Also, the next time this happens, please see if you can't look at the technical details of the log crash to see if it tells you an "Address" and "Code". The address and code would be some hex numbers like: 0x0004ABCD

Also, if you can pinpoint any other item that causes this to happen, like you're canceling the retrieve, or you do some certain step before it crashes.
