options transaction and retrieving price problems

having a tought time adding new option transactions via scottrade... the option symbol comes down ie. .wagav but
in order to retrieve the pricing info i change the symbol to
wagav.x I keep getting multiple versions of the same investment with new .wagav1, .wagav2 ,.wagav3 in my portfolio.
what am i missing here....
