Hi Robert,

The percent gain numbers are not time/value weighted, they are simple straight divisions. Percent gains can sometimes be misleading depending on when/how you purchased within the time period being looked at. To see the equation for %Gain-I choose "Help / Help on Report..." from within this report. You will see the equation used, and hopefully that will illustrate how this can occur. You may wish to look at the ROI Yield number on this report instead of the percent gains, as the yield numbers are time and value weighted. If you still have questions after looking at the equation, please let me know.
