How do I fix the message that a symbol/server combination failed to update?

This warning message will appear after retrieving prices if one or more investments failed to update.  To fix this, either correct the symbol, change quote servers, or turn off price retrieve for this investment (more info).  To see the list of investments that failed to update, see "Help / Logs / Price Retrieve...".
