Downloading transactions from Fidelity NetBenefits

Hi Mark,

I have several Fidelity accounts, one of which is also called Fidelity NetBenefits. I have no problems downloading transacations from my accounts except for the Fidelity NetBenefits. I can login to Fidelity or Fidleity NetBenefits with the same username and password. When I use FM transaction retrieve with Fidelity this one account doesn't show up. When I use FM with Fidleity NetBenefits it says that there are no accounts under the User ID.

One reason I am so intent on getting this to work is that when I download manually with QIF, the data (specifically share price) is incorrect in FM and I need to always manually correct.

Hi Cliff,

It may be that your account is not enabled for online retrieval through the NetBenefits OFX server. I would suggest contacting them, and asking for instructions on retrieving into programs like Quicken and Fund Manager.

I checked and my company has not enabled the OFX retrieval. So, I would like to see if we can get the QIF manual download of transactions working correctly from Fidelity NetBenefits.

The share prices of purchases are not correct and there are many extra purchases shown than have not actually occured.
