Hi Mark,

I just now tested both of these servers using the symbol INTC and they
appear to be working properly.

Are you still unable to retrieve from these servers? Can you retrieve
from any server? If it is only with these servers can you send me
the error message you get, along with a sample ticker symbol that won't update?
