: Hi Mark
What are you referring to as the "Master screen"? Have you read through this http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/tutor_ports.html I can point out one issue that may be causing confusion. If you own the same stock or fund in multiple portfolios, you'll want to create a new investment for each account holding that investment. This way you can track the transactions separately. Maybe this is not the case for you, I'm not sure. You can also have the same exact investment file located in multiple sub-portfolios. In this case whenever you modify that one investment, it will affect all the sub-portfolios that contain that investment. When you copy an investment from one sub-portfolio to another, you are making another instance of that same investment file. Look at the "Location" and "filename" of the investment to see if it is the exact same investment as located in another portfolio. Different investment files can have the same name/symbol, but the filenames would be unique. Thanks,
