Problem: Reinvested dividend with no stock owned blows up

I received a re-invested dividend for a unit stock fund in my 401K portfolio.
When I tried to put this into my 401K portfolio tracker portfolio, it "blew up"
the "distributions per share" because I had no shares in this investment option at the time of the dividend.

The tables look OK (Prices, Investments etc) but the graph for that unit stock fund went bananas after the date of the dividend.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a trick to make the distributions per share not blow up?

Regards, Larry
