I'm having the same problem too. I think the last time it worked for me was Saturday, weekends might be the only time it works. So, using the historical quote server may be a work-around to get price data up to date.

Also, www.fundata.net has Canadian mutual fund prices. Is there any way to add this site to the FM quote server list?
