I am having difficulties downloading transactions from my Vanguard retirement account. It is the first time that I am trying to download to FM. I believe that I have set up the internet transaction screen correctly with account #, user name and password. I know that I have had transactions within the last week. I have unchecked the "skip transactions already in fund manager" box because I entered the data manually into a trial download before purchasing the software. I saw that the FAQ screen for Vanguard's OFX says that you must have Quicken or Money. Is that the final answer?
