Hello MS,

I would suggest putting everything in a single portfolio file (*.mm4), but using the sub-portfolio feature. You can set up sub-portfolios for each account. Sub-portfolios have hierarchy, and you can set up as many as you want, with as much hierarchy as you need. Higher level sub-portfolios automatically include everything beneath them.

In your example, you would just have your top level sub-portfolio, and then 3 sub-portfolios beneath that, one for each of your accounts. You can then graph/report at any level of the sub-portfolio hierarchy. You would use the Portfolio Editor to set these up. For more on this, you might want to read:
