: I would suggest putting everything in a single portfolio file (*.mm4), but using the sub-portfolio feature. You can set up sub-portfolios for each account. Sub-portfolios have hierarchy, and you can set up as many as you want, with as much hierarchy as you need. Higher level sub-portfolios automatically include everything beneath them. : In your example, you would just have your top level sub-portfolio, and then 3 sub-portfolios beneath that, one for each of your accounts. You can then graph/report at any level of the sub-portfolio hierarchy. You would use the Portfolio Editor to set these up. For more on this, you might want to read: : http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/tutor_ports.html Thanks a lot for the prompt reply. I did do exactly that. However, I would also like to see the individual investments in the Portfolio editor window. And that is possible if I copy the investments from the individual portfolios to the master portfolio. However, then there is a double counting when I try to get the overall value of the portfolio. Please let me know if I should try to explain again. Thanks!
