: is there a way to pick multiple investments without having to go back to the 'open investment' dialogue for each one. Ctrl key to select multiple investments doesn't work. it winds up bouncing over a column, picking investments i don't intend, and deleting ones already picked.

Hi Jeffrey,

You should be able to select multiple investments in the Open dialog by using the Ctrl and Shift keys. Sometimes if your filenames are long, this can be a little tricky in this dialog. You can try resizing the dialog larger, or choose one of the different view types, like "Details" to make it easier.

The Ctrl key adds or removes the additional item you select. The Shift key selects a range of investments.

Thanks,
Mark
