I have tried dragging the slide bar and using the < and > arrows - and holding them for several seconds - and nothing happens. When I use the slide bar it immediately returns to the left end as soon as I release it. If I try click/drag an edge the right side and > arrow fly off the screen and I must Close All reports to get rid of the report.

Hi Bob,

Please try this:

1) Make sure you resize the window using "Windows / Cascade" so you can see the whole window on your screen.

2) Click on the horizontal scroll bar slider and drag it from the left to the right, holding down the mouse button as you drag it. (Do not use the < and > buttons). See if you can drag it until you can see a divider in the header section, that will allow you to resize a column smaller. It sounds like you somehow have very wide column(s), that need to be resized back down.

Do you have a high speed internet connection? If so, you can
call in the morning, and we can do a quick web conference, and I can try and straighten it out.

If you don't have a high speed internet connection, you may need to delete some registry keys that remember your column width preferences. This should be our last resort...

Thanks,
Mark
