: Are you successfully "retrieving" your transactions from your second TD Ameritrade account? Are you using the same computer as where you are unable to retrieve your first account?

: The other possibility is there is some software firewall preventing FM from accessing the internet. You may need to re-tell your firewall program that it is okay for FM to access the internet.

Sorry to butt in on this thread but I am having the same issue with both of my Fidelity accounts where I can no longer retrieve transactions. It works fine on my other Fidelity Net Benifits account?

I have just recently installed IE 7.0. No changes to the firewall that I know of.

What to do next?
