( i have read the info on currency several times, but am not getting any answers from it). can i enter the transaction in us$ and have it automatically converted so the graph shows can$? or is there a better way to do this?
You must enter all prices and transactions into an investment in the currency assigned to that investment. You can assign it as either US $ or Canadian $, but whatever you choose, you need to use for both pricing and transactions. The currency settings are for converting entire investments from one currency to another, so if you created this stock in Canadian $, but wanted to display all your investments in US $, you could do this. You'll have to decide whether you want to track this investment in US or Canadian dollars, and then record all your pricing/transactions in that currency. Thanks,
