If you can't retrieve from FM, you might check their site to see if they have this restriction in place. You will just have to try back later, or try and use a different quote server. You can find a list of all the supported servers here:

UMMMM .... I think your users deserve a more complete answer than that. If this isn't gonna work - and, no, other servers for Canada are no good and , even if they were it would require changing the codes for hundreds of quotes!!! - people are going to have to make some alternative arrangements. Soon.
