The problem may be that the missing fields are off the screen to the right. There is a slide bar at the bottom of the report which if far left. I can use the mouse to push this to the right (even off the screen) but nothing appears. When I do a print preview I receive a message that the report is too big for the page - and the report preview is a blank sheet! When I select SORT on the report tool bar it lists the fields I have selected and will rearrange the order appropriately. It seems the missing fields are there, but off the screen. Is this enough to solve the problem? If you still need a screen shot, let me know how to get it!
