Transation Retrieval[ Message Board ] [ Archives ] [ Search ] Posted by jim on December 11, 2006 at 10:54:25: Having a problem retrieving transactions from TD Ameritrade. Retrieving has worked in the past but has not this month. Receive a 12002 error code – “The operation timed out”. Was on the phone with TD Ameritrade for almost an hour looking into the problem. We checked the User ID, the Account Number, and Password. Even re-entered everything and reset the password. Nothing worked! Finally TD Ameritrade tried to import my transactions into their copy of Quicken. No problem with that operation! Later I was able to successfully retrieve my transaction from TD Ameritrade into my copy of GainsKeeper, another Quicken like product, with no problems. Incidentally, I have a second account at TD Ameritrade that imports into FundManager just fine. Help!!!
